Served physicians as an Attorney, Accountant, & Practice Management Consultant for the last 25 Years. Current legal practice is limited to physician matters, particularly regulatory issues affecting physician reimbursement by the Medicare and Medicaid Programs. Usually, such issues arise during the course of an audit or investigation by a government agency.
Prior to returning to private law practice, managed claims arising under the Medicare/Medicaid Audit and Legal Defense provisions of MAG Mutual’s professional liability policy. Has continued to represent many MAG Mutual physicians since departing the company.
